Search Logbook for an Operational Search Period

This logbook contains:

• Front Page: Displays all the tombstone information for the searcher.
• Subject Profile & Initial Briefing: Includes the subject’s profile and initial briefing details, including the SMEAC data (Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration and Logistics, Command and Signal).
• Debrief Pages: Provides space for debriefing at the end of the operational period.
• Search Notes: Dedicated pages for recording search notes while in the field, including timings, locations, and additional observations.
• Reference Material: The back of the logbook contains essential reference materials such as:
o First aid report
o Medical reminders
o Phonetic alphabet
o Tracking sheet
o Glossary of terms
o Beaufort wind scale, and more.
